Solution Finish Over the Top (OTT) Plastic Sealer is designed for protecting restored and new plastic trim. It locks in the look of restored trim after using Solution Finish Black or Fusion Grey. You can also use OTT as a standalone plastic sealant to protect new or slightly faded plastic and rubber trim that has not been restored.

OTT is a polymer thermoplastic finish that combines the ultimate in durability with a clear gloss seal. It cures to a durable, flexible seal that provides UV, weather and dust protection. It enhances the natural beauty of your plastic trim without overpowering it or giving it an artificial "wet look".

You can use OTT to protect textured plastic trim such as bumpers, pads, trim, mirors, mud flaps, window trim, seals, running boards, truck bed caps and covers, handles, wiper blades, and more!

How to use Solution Finish Over the Top Plastic Sealer:

• On trim restored with Solution Finish Black or Fusion Grey:
  1. Finish wiping off any excess Solution Finish Black or Fusion Grey.
  2. Apply a little to a microfiber applicator and apply a thin coat, making sure to get into intricate designs.
  3. Allow to cure for 30 minutes.
  4. Apply a second thin coat of OTT.

If you want to apply a third coat, wait 30 minutes after applying the second coat. Do not apply more than 3 coats total. Regardless of how many coats you apply, allow 12 hours from the last coat before exposing to water.

• On new or slightly faded trim:
  1. Scrub trim with a soft bristled brush and a mild all purpose cleaner. 
  2. Thoroughly rinse and dry the trim before application. If dirt and staining remain, repeat step 1 to prevent dirt and stains from embedding.
  3. Apply a little to a microfiber applicator and apply a thin coat, making sure to get into intricate designs.
  4. Allow to cure for 30 minutes.
  5. Apply a second thin coat of OTT.
