Online Order Pickup
All customers can pickup their online order at our Pittsburgh, PA warehouse. The warehouse is located at Pines Plaza, 1130 Perry Highway, Pittsburgh, PA 15237. We are around back of the plaza. Our door is the only covered door and has a small sign in the window. Please ring the doorbell for assistance.
Online orders can be picked up at the warehouse Monday - Friday from 10am - 4pm only. Online orders will be available for pickup roughly within 2 business hours. Please wait for your order "available for pickup" email before coming to the warehouse.
You will need to bring a valid ID with you to pickup your order. We are unable to add items to your order at the warehouse. If additional items are needed, please place an additional order for pickup.
International Shipping
Customers outside of the United States, at this time we do not ship internationally.
Shipping Option and Rates: Alaska & Hawaii
Autoality ships to Alaska and Hawaii utilizing the United States Postal Service. Flat shipping rates are based on the total value of your order. We cannot ship aerosol products due to federal regulations. Gallons or over sized packages may require additional shipping charges. You will be contacted for approval before shipment if additional shipping charges apply.

Detailer's Club Shipping Options
The Detailer's Club shipping options are different from the "retail" based shipping options. Detailer's Club members have the option of paying the exact shipping charges or a Flat Rate of $9.95 per box, up to 50 lbs. per box. Detailer's Club orders over $250 receive Free Shipping through the end of February, 2026.
All packages ship via FedEx Ground or Home Delivery from 1130 Perry Highway, Pines Plaza Suite 301, Pittsburgh, PA 15237.
Return Policy
Items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase in original packaging. Please see exceptions below. To return an item, please give us a call or send us an email so we can issue a Return Authorization Number and provide instructions. Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package and ship the package prepaid. Returns without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. The cost of the item, minus the shipping charges, will be promptly refunded via the payment method used.
Custom fit accessories, polishers and buffers are subject to a 20% restocking fee if products have been used or opened. There is no restocking fee for a defective product returned in exchange for the same product. If you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately so we can get the problem corrected!
Missing, Incorrect and Damaged Packages or Items In the instance one of these situations occur, we must be notified within 3 business days of delivery of your package so we can assist you. All packages ship with tracking.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, if you are a resident of Pennsylvania, 7% sales tax will be added to your purchase total (excluding shipping) at checkout.
