Orders placed after 4pm ET will ship next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays.

All shipping options listed below are for orders shipped within the continental U.S. to one address. We utilize FedEx Ground exclusively to ship our orders. All orders ship from our Pittsburgh, PA warehouse. Your time in transit will be 1 - 5 business days depending your distance from Pittsburgh, PA.

Detailer's Club Members within the continental U.S. have 4 shipping options to choose from:

Free Shipping On Orders Over $250
Our Flat Rate FedEx Ground at $9.95 per box, up to 50 lbs. per box
Actual FedEx Ground Rates
Online order pickup at our Pittsburgh, PA warehouse.

We only utilize FedEx Ground Shipping so choose the lowest cost option. It doesn't matter which shipping option you choose, your shipment will arrive in the same amount of time!

Members from Alaska and Hawaii only have options 3 and 4 available.

Ships Free

Available for select items throughout the website marked with our round Ships Free logo next to the item price! With our Ships Free program there's no minimum quantity or minimum order amount. Add as many qualifying items to your order and they will all ship for free. To qualify, all items on the order must be part of this program.

Ground Shipping

Free Ground shipping on retail orders over $65! For orders under $65 we off Flat Rate FedEx Ground for $9.95.

Online Order Pickup

All customers can pickup their online order at our Pittsburgh, PA warehouse.

The warehouse is located at Pines Plaza Shopping Center:

We are located around back of the plaza. Our door is the only covered door and has a small sign in the window. Please ring the doorbell for assistance.

Online orders can be picked up at the warehouse Monday - Friday from 10am - 4pm only. Online orders will be available for pickup within 2 hours when placed by 2pm ET. We do not offer online order pickup on Saturdays. Please wait for your order "available for pickup" email before coming to the warehouse.

You will need to bring a valid ID with you to pickup your order. We are unable to add items to your order at the warehouse. If additional items are needed, please place an additional order for pickup.

Alaska & Hawaii Shipping

We ship via the United States Postal Service for Alaska and Hawaii. Gallons, or over sized packages may require additional shipping charges. You will be contacted for approval before shipment if additional shipping charges apply.

Note: Aerosol or hazardous items cannot ship to Alaska and Hawaii due to federal aviation and shipping regulations

International Shipping

At this time we do not ship internationally.

Return Policy

Items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase in original packaging. Please see exceptions below. To return an item, please give us a call or send us an email so we can issue a Return Authorization Number and provide instructions. Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package and ship the package prepaid. Returns without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. The cost of the item, minus the shipping charges, will be promptly refunded via the payment method used.

Custom fit accessories, polishers and buffers are subject to a 20% restocking fee if products have been used or opened. There is no restocking fee for a defective product returned in exchange for the same product. If you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately so we can get the problem corrected!

Missing, Incorrect and Damaged Packages or Items

In the instance one of these situations occur, we must be notified within 3 business days of delivery of your package so we can assist you. All packages ship with tracking.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, if you are a resident of Pennsylvania, 7% sales tax will be added to your purchase total (excluding shipping) at checkout.

Sale Terms and Conditions

1. All sales end at 11:59 pm EST on the date listed as the end date.

2. Sale prices are valid on in stock items only.

3. No rain checks.

4. Returns will adjust orders and applicable discounts accordingly.

5. Expired promotions will not apply to new orders.

6. New promotions cannot be applied to past orders.

7. All free shipping offers apply to "retail" orders shipped to one address within the continental United States.

8. Qualification for free shipping offers are after all discounts have been applied and do not include shipping charges or sales tax.

9. Free Shipping offers do not apply to Detailer's Club orders.
10. Promotions requiring a minimum dollar amount spent for application do not include sales tax, shipping charges, gift certificates or other similar charges towards minimum required spend.

11. Coupon codes are a combination of capital letters and/or numerals.
12. All sales exclude 5 Gallon sized items, Mix & Match 5-pk's, Machine Polishers, EGO, FLEX, RUPES Polishers, Nasiol, Koch Chemie, Rhopoint Instruments, TouchUp RX and Detailer's Club Membership unless otherwise noted.

13. Holiday Special Buys/Web Busters are net priced and not subject to additional discounts because they receive the maximum discount available.

14. Detailer's Club Members, only coupon codes beginning with DC are valid on Detailer's Club orders.

15. Detailer's Club coupon codes will load automatically.

16. Detailer's Club Sale Banner items are not subject to additional discounts
