Koch Chemie Marine Gh9.01 Gelcoat Ultra Heavy Cut is a highly abrasive machine polish for the preparation of heavily weathered gelcoats and boat paints. It effectively removes graying, deep scratches, and scuff and is ideal for preparing the surface for subsequent polishing!

It is designed for heavily weathered, faded and damaged gelcoat and boat paint, making it ideal for restoring very heavily worn surfaces. The silicone oil-free formula produce minimal dust an spray during polishing and is also suitable for dark gelcoat and paint colors.

Areas of use: Heavily weathered, grayed and damaged gelcoat and boat paint.

How to use Koch Chemie Marine Gh9.01 Gelcoat Ultra Heavy Cut:

1. Use with a rotary or dual action polisher.
2. Apply 5 pea sized drops to your favorite cutting pad and work in a crosswise pattern.
3. Spread across the section at a slow speed, then increase speed to polish. Increase speed on a rotary polisher to approximately 1,000 rpm and use a dual action polisher on its highest speed setting.
4. Remove any residue with a clean microfiber towel.
5. On dark surfaces, remove remaining compound haze with Koch Chemie Marine Gm3.01 Gelcoat Micro Cut.

After your polishing has been completed, protect the surface with Koch Chemie Marine Protective Sealant to prevent rapid oxidation or soiling.
