Each membership purchased is good for one year from the date of purchase. The membership fee is non-refundable and is non-transferable. Each Membership is assigned to one bill to address. Memberships cannot be shared. Sharing of memberships will result in the membership being terminated.
Memberships must be in good standing at time of order shipment for orders to be shipped. Cancelled memberships cannot have orders shipped. Cancelled memberships cannot access member pricing.
All Member Pricing, Member Sales and member only products are confidential. If you are found to be disclosing confidential Member Pricing, Member Sales or a list of the members only products, your membership will be terminated.
Products purchased through the Detailer's Club cannot be re-sold via online marketplaces such as Amazon, Ebay, Wal-Mart, TikTok Shop, etc. without prior written consent. This list includes all online marketplaces.
When you purchase a membership, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically and agree that we may communicate with you by email.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password for access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur on your account. In the event that the confidentiality of your account or password is compromised in any manner, you will notify Autoality immediately. Autoality reserves the right to take any and all action, as it deems necessary or reasonable to maintain the security of the site and your account.
