3D I-Cut is a one-step, industrial strength fast-cutting compound and polish formulated for the needs of high-volume production shops where speed is the top priority.

For cutting, I-Cut is formulated for use with a wool pad and a rotary polisher to remove sanding marks P1500 or finer and other paint defects. For polishing, I-Cut can be used with a foam pad on a rotary polisher or orbital polisher to refine the results from the cutting step.

I-Cut is easy to use, provides a long open time and is easy to wipe off. I-Cut works best on a cool surface in the shade, but is sun-friendly and an be used in outdoor work environments.

How to polish with 3D I-Cut:

Sanding Marks: To remove sanding marks, apply 4-5 dime size drops to a wool pad. Buff a section approximately 2' by 2' using a rotary polisher at speed setting 1000 to 1500 RPMs. After sanding marks are removed, remove excess product with a microfiber towel.

Finishing & Polishing: To finish, apply 4 to 5 dime size dops onto a foam polishing or finishing pad. Using low to medium speed setting, buff a section approximately 2' by 2'. When holograms and swirl marks are removed, wipe off any excess residue with a clean microfiber towel to reveal the perfect finish.
