3D AAT Correction Glaze combines the power of Adaptive Abrasive Technology with the UV protection of body shop safe Montan Wax. AAT Correction Glaze is adaptable to freshly painted or cured paints. It is truly an all-in-one for all around use. Use AAT Correction Glaze to restore the luster on older single stage classic cars, newer clear coated cars or gelcoat surfaces. It provides a deep wet gloss finish that lasts 6 months.
Traditional glazes tend to fill. Not 3D's AAT Correction Glaze. Correction Glaze is capable of removing light to moderate defects on fresh or cured paint. It will leave a high gloss finish that lasts 6 months. Even with this outstanding durability, Correction Glaze is body shop safe. It will allow fresh paint to out gas and will not cause any flashing or dye back. It will also remove any holograms left from previous polishing jobs. Plus, Correction Glaze is safe on rubber and plastic trim, so you don't have to worry about staining those surfaces.
Correction Glaze can be used with a rotary or orbital polisher. When using with a rotary polisher, set your desired speed between 800-1,200 RPM. On an orbital polisher, set your OPM to 3,000-6,000. Correction Glaze was designed to work with 3D's Black Finishing Foam Pad, however any soft finishing pad will work. Apply 4-6 pea sized drops to the pad. Use slow, back and forth overlapping passes to correct defects and apply protection. Because Correction Glaze spreads so well, you do not need to prime your pad.
AAT Correction Glaze does not dust so clean up is extremely easy! Once finished, buff the excess product off by hand with a clean, dry microfiber towel...revealing a deep, high gloss finish! Ideally you will want to work indoors with Correction Glaze, however it is sun friendly if there's no shade around.
