Hyper Compound #5 offers a long working time to allow complete paint correction with one application. Cleanup is easy and it contains no silicones oils or wax, so it is completely body shop safe. Optimum Hyper Polish is the perfect second step to Hyper Compound in your paint correction process!


The spray on application provides ease of use while reducing the amount of product needed. Just 2-3 sprays is enough to cover your entire pad, allowing the whole pad to do the work, eliminating any dry buffing.


Optimum Hyper Compound can be used at any speed on your polisher with a wool or foam pad. When using a wool pad, the compound can remove 1000 grit sanding scratches and lighter. When working with a medium or heavy cut foam pad, Optimum Hyper Compound will remove 2000 grit and lighter sanding scratches. The compound works more or less aggressively depending on the pad you choose.

Review: I'd given up on the previous formulas of hyper compound. Didn't finish worth a darn and the cut wasn't terribly impressive for how much scouring it left. Revision 5 is a completely different product, how I wished it was from the beginning. Hangs with the other heavyweights in terms of cut, and actually leaves a decent finish. Probably wouldn't want to try to use it as a one step unless you're working on really hard paint, but it is super easy to refine with hyper polish or similar. No need to re... More details
