The Blue SDO CCS Foam Pad offers you a wide range of cutting options combined with fantastic finishing capabilities. The medium density foam, with fine cell structure, allows you to use it for heavy polishing all the way up to medium cutting. The strong durability of this pad enables it to stay firm and balanced even with prolonged use.

Lake Country Standard Duty Orbital (SDO) CCS pads have been designed to offer the same great engineered foams as the HDO CCS line without the dual layered construction. They are suitable for use on all dual action polishers: free-spinning, forced rotation, long throw and mini long throw. All SDO foam pads have a unique tapered edge that prevents pad rolling and allows for great pad rotation.


The addition of Lake Country's CCS technology to their SDO Pads allow them to run even smoother and cooler on your mini long-throw dual action polisher. The strategic pattern of closed cell pockets slows the rate of polish absorption into the pad. This reduces surface tension, which prevents pad skipping and allows you to run the pad flat and cool on the working surface.

These smaller, 3.5 Inch SDO CCS Pads, offer the detailer a real advantage! They allow you to get a uniform finish around the entire car. Now you can match the pads on your mini long throw dual action polisher, like the FLEX XFE 7-12 or the MaxShine M312, to your larger pads.

SDO CCS pads come in hree different sizes (3.5", 5.5" and 6.5") with three different levels of aggressiveness:

  • Blue - Medium to light cutting
  • Orange - Polishing, a great one-step pad
  • Black - Finish polishing on black, dark or soft paints
